My experience had been positive using discount codes thus far. However, I bought a voucher on Monday through Health Service Discounts and won't be doing it again,Upon purchasing the voucher it said it could be used immediately or within 2 hours max. When I tried to use it, the code did not work. I contacted the retailer and to my surprise they said the voucher had been set up to be spent in Euros, not pounds! This was despite the voucher amount having been paid in £ and showing a £ figure. I got in touch with Health Service Discounts on Tuesday and am still waiting for a resolution 4 days later, despite claiming the voucher could be used right away. The item I wanted to use it for is now sold out. Very disappointed.
