This company has become less reliable in the last year or so, with my prescriptions automatically being taken off auto-refill (this may be happening when they request approval for refills from the doctor). I use this pharmacy because they will do auto-refill for 90 days at a time, but I'm looking at other options as I am now having to log in frequently to make sure they are doing their job (the whole point was for me not to have to monitor this). Auto-refill is such a basic thing but they have messed it up twice now, and considering these are life-saving medications that's sort of unacceptable. They refuse to address their issues and when I ask them to call me about it they never do. They really are probably a 3-star company but I'm leaving them 2 stars because their rating is clearly way too high.
