I had a very disappointing experience with HealthWise 43-47 Main St, Ardaravan, Buncrana, Co. Donegal, F93 XT0C. I purchased foam minoxidil from them and unfortunately developed a serious skin reaction after using it.
My dermatologist advised me to stop using any form of minoxidil immediately. I contacted the store to request a refund in line with their stated refund policy and explained that I am unable to use the product. However, even after clearly stating this, customer support still insisted that I contact the manufacturer for advice on how to use the product properly instead of returning it back.
As a customer, I believe the retailer should take responsibility for products they sell, especially when there is a documented adverse reaction and medical advice to discontinue use. The response felt dismissive and unhelpful.
