It's disappointing that the service is not providing discounts on popular products. The Black Friday deals were not beneficial for regular vitamins. The automatic ordering feature does not function properly, making it a waste. There were minimal discounts on general orders. After being a customer for over 15 years, I feel that customer benefits have declined.
