Jasmine performs literal miracles with my 12-year-old rescue Jack Russell, who has always had a "bite first ask questions later" approach when he feels threatened. She somehow is able to scoop him up, calm him down in her arms, hold him tightly, and – at great personal risk to her fingers – clean his teeth beautifully while speaking to him gently the entire time.
