After several years of shopping on Healthy Supplies website I made a recent order, paid and then the payment stopped, said various things weren't in stock, did I want to proceed?, clicked proceed and it directed me to fill out the card details again. This happened 3 times without advancing to a confirmed sale. I wrote to HS to complain that I was unable to place an order and then found 3 email confirmations in my folder. I then told HS I placed one order for groceries and to be sure to only send one order as they have a problem with their website. Not only did they not cancel the two duplicate orders but forwarded two huge boxes 2 days later after the first box had arrived. Customer service keeps writing that I have done something wrong placing the order. (Would a person actually cause themselves this much hassle- do these people have any common sense?- they just shift blame rather than look at their flawed website and very flawed customer dis-service) They sent 3 identical boxes and charged me 3 times (£300). I sent DHL away with 2 of the boxes and have forwarded CCTV footage of the returned /refused boxes Still HS refuses to credit my account. VERY UNHAPPY and will never give them my business again.
