Along with many different nuts , I bought roasted almonds and produce was stale and smelled. I wrote to them and they asked for batch number. After their investigation, they advised there is no fault with product. I still have their roasted almonds and I can guarantee they are stale and smell. I was disappointed with their response. I have switched to Forest whole foods and all products are excellent. Customer service should have asked me to send nuts back and then made a decision whether product is stale or not. Unlikely to shop and recommend them.
