THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY AMORAL AND UNETHICAL, don’t send your money in their direction because they’ll rip you off. I had only played there once before, I went on the site and made a deposit. I opened the game and there was $22 on my account which came out of nowhere. I tried to play it down knowing my deposit was going in, it was down to $14. My deposit hit which with the bonus was $500 and I proceeded to win. I was up to about $4800, made a max withdrawal and still had $980 left. The next day I went to check on my withdrawal, they denied it, wiped out my whole winning and gave me back my deposit saying I “mixed funds.” I never approved of, requested or even notified to the reward they added to my account, I had no reason to believe there would be a reward. I made an honest deposit and I won fair and square yet they’re taking my $4800 all becaus le THEY MIXED FUNDS INTO MY ACCOUNT. I explained the situation to Nemo their Supervisor and he brushed it off like it was my fault. What’s to stop these guys from adding a reward whenever they want as soon as you click the deposit button??? You would have no idea and if you won the winnings would be voided. They have an obligation to notify the players of these rewards but do they? NO, they just drop them in randomly and they do this on purpose just for this reason. This company is associated with Raging Bull, Silver Oak, Slots of Vegas etc and one thing that’s consistent with all of them is that all company procedures are bereft of any ethical decision making and I would say in fact that they are made with specific disregard of ethics especially when it comes to paying out any $$$. Not only that, these casinos all blatantly lie about their payout timelines, for example Crypto Loko, another one of their casinos, advertises instant payouts and paid in minutes, when in fact the first thing support will tell you if you ask them is that they don’t payout instantly and not even within 24 hours!!! In fact every withdrawal I’ve made with these casinos has taken over a month except when I used Coindraw to get paid WHICH THEY CONVENIENTLY REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING IT WAS IN A TESTING PHASE!! These guys are as dirty as it gets, they lure you with the big bonuses but really they’re just sweetening the pot for them and they will screw you at every turn!!!!
