I booked an appointment for ear cleaning. The whole process was amazing, with clear instructions prior to the appointment and a warm welcome on the day. The treatment was effective, and although I wanted both ears cleaned, I was only charged for one since the other didn't require it. That honesty is commendable. I would certainly recommend this service.
