I ordered to test the product, but it was ineffective for me. They claim to have a 100-day return policy, so I requested a return and refund. They provided a shipping label and a Return Authorization Number. I returned the item with tracking, and it shows they received it, yet they refuse to refund me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but they argue that they sent the item and that I still owe money. They ignored my return emails and the tracking info confirming receipt. This service is highly untrustworthy... I definitely do not recommend buying from them.
