If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased hearing aids from them in October and was not happy with them. Asked to return and was told to try multiple things which I did. Still not happy with them and after multiple request sent them back. Had to ask several times about the refund. Sent them the RMA several times and proof of their receipt of the product several times. They kept saying credit would be issed as soon as they got them back. Finally after multiple attempts they did verify they received them on November 4th. Still no credit although they stated credit was issued November 29th. Was told it could take 3-5 business days for bank to issue the credit. It has now been 11 business days and still no credit. Every time I try to call I get hung up on. Don't think I will ever see my refund.
