I bought hearing aids knowing I could return them within 100 days, but they didn't work for me. Since I initiated the return process, I've received nothing but empty promises via email for over 30 days. Their phone number doesn’t connect, making it impossible to talk to anyone about my return. I’m starting to think this service is a total scam. This is so frustrating! I’m doubtful I’ll ever see my $170+ refunded, which is infuriating! I highly advise against purchasing from them.
