Hearing "aids" squeel when inserting them and caused ringing in my ears for a while after getting them out quickly. Company suggested I had wax in my ears, but I do not. I requested a return and they sent a label. I returned to a residential apartment address in California ( which is the business address??) and they acknowledged the receipt. One package was never opened and the other set was tried for an hour and repackaged in perfect condition. It has been close to three weeks and no refund, only email saying they would be sending a return label. Really?? I already sent it back. Do not buy from these people. My guess is everyone wants a refund.
