I ordered the product to give it a try, but it didn't meet my needs. They promote a 100-day return policy, so I initiated a return and requested a refund. They provided a return label and authorization number. I returned the item with tracking, which shows it was received, but they are refusing to issue a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but they claim they sent the item and that I owe money. They ignored my return emails and the tracking confirmation. This service is quite untrustworthy... I strongly recommend against purchasing from them.
