I ordered a headset from this seller through BestBuy and had to file a case through Paypal to get the order shipped. After waiting 3 weeks, the headset arrived and it was defective. I requested a return and never heard back from Hearfit. I filed another case through Paypal and will be returning the useless headset. Thank you Paypal. Now I am out of pocket for the return shipping. Stay away from this dishonorable and deceitful joke of a company.
