I've been a customer for about a week and had one decent win. However, it seems like the same players keep winning in various bingo rooms, but that’s not the main concern of my review. One of the promotions, ‘the emoji wheel,’ requires you to opt in by playing £2 in bingo rooms. The first time I tried this, the promotion appeared while I was waiting for a game to finish. I clicked on it to spin the wheel, but it just kept loading, so I exited. After my game ended, I went to the promotions page only to see that I had already completed the promotion and couldn’t spin the wheel anymore. I wasn’t too bothered; it was just a couple of pounds. Today, I opted in, spent over £2, and claimed the promotion. The wheel spun and, to my shock, landed on a £25 cash prize. Before I could feel any excitement, a pop-up said ‘YOU HAVE WON 5 FREE BINGO TICKETS.’ What? I contacted the support team and explained what happened. The representative asked if I had a screenshot of the wheel landing on the £25. I replied that I didn’t expect this outcome. They said there was nothing they could do. I just wanted answers about why this occurred, but I kept getting the same response that I won 5 tickets. I inquired why the wheel showed a different prize, but they wouldn’t escalate the issue. The representative eventually passed me to another agent who was equally unhelpful. I repeatedly asked why they create false hope with the wheel if it only gives out random prizes. The agent stated that the wheel is just visual. When I asked if this was communicated clearly before opting in, they replied they didn’t know. If the wheel is purely visual, why ask for a screenshot of the £25? I kept repeating my questions, but the representative just reiterated that I had won 5 tickets. It seems easier to act confused than to provide real answers. I would advise others to steer clear of this platform!
