Caring, personal feel as soon as I entered the shop. I felt listened to and with support from the loveliest lady, I tried on dresses which I loved. Instead of struggling to find something, I was spoilt for choice and as a size 18 this was a lovely feeling. I knew instantly when I found ‘the one’ and cried happy tears which were shared by staff.
