I went to heart brides last minute with only 4 weeks until my wedding through a recommendation. I had already accepted id never find 'the dress' because of a really bad experience at another shop and thought id just have to settle for something ok. The experience was completely different and the ladies were just so amazing. They made me feel so relaxed and not rushed and let ME decide on what dresses i liked first. I could choose as many as i liked to try on and i found the perfect dress instantly. They were honest, kind and so welcoming my anxiety left the moment i walked through the door. We walked away with my dress and the relief i feel is amazing. I cant thank them enough x
