I only recently started the program, but the value I've received thus far from EVERYONE with whom I've interacted (coaches, customer service, administrators, and Shanda herself) has already been worth the price of admission!!! Hands down, the best customer service.Example: My coach, Cassandra Bourne, laid out step-by-step actions to help me navigate tech issues that have kept me from receiving income from what I do for horses and people for years! I know it sounds silly! But as brilliant as I am in my "art," it's always been overwhelming to deal with websites, landing pages, and such. Not anymore! And every communication ends with sincere belief in my abilities and confidence in who I am and my value to others, horses and the people who love them. And my coach, Zina Soloman, has given me ideas I had never thought of but that work!! And always providing guidance along with comments of unconditional support and belief in me! Being surrounded with such people helps me over the humps of challenges. I feel truly blessed!I've worked in television, in front and behind the camera, developed curriculum and high-end training programs for Disney, Coca Cola and other big client, so I've seen professional coaches and marketing people up close. I can honestly say that this is the most effective, professional, and short runway to success I've ever seen!
