I felt welcome and looked-after from the moment I walked in for my scan. The busy reception area was clean, light, airy and comfortable. Two nurses and the radiographer each took time to explain what they were doing, and why; and reassured me about what to expect during the procedure. Because I had received an injection, they also kept a close watch on me after the procedure. Dr Leatham spent time to give me a clear explanation of the result and of the implications for my health. I came away feeling that I had been well cared-for.
