The medical team was professional, calm and kind and very clear about what each procedure would involve. Medically, it could not be faulted. The only downside was clarity around appointment times: I waited for an hour and 20 minutes beyond my appointment time for my first scan with no communication from the outset about how long I would wait, or early clarification that there were going to be delays. The medical team was multi-tasking and very busy: consider delegating tea-making post-procedure and form-filling instruction to the reception desk which was largely quiet.
