There was no clear information about drop-off. I had to wait in a car park for someone to arrive to take my keys. The staff provided conflicting information regarding the vehicle I was transferred in. My car was moved to an unfamiliar location and returned in poor condition. Staff were unhelpful and rude. I do not recommend this company.
