Ordered the Hot Ones season 24 and it arrived with one of the bottles broken. I emailed them and a human replied within a few hours requesting a photo of the damage. After doing that, they reshipped the order 2 days later and it arrived intact.I would easily give 5 stars for customer service, but can only give a 4 overall because the packaging is not good. There's too much empty space inside the box for the bottles to move around and possibly break. Even in the second shipment bottles were moved and in contact with each other during shipment.I would recommend to Heatonist to add some bubble wrap or other packaging material inside the box.
