I ordered two sauces from heatonist.com, and after paying a premium for shipping to New Zealand, only one of the sauces made it (it's awesome, btw). The other sauce had been split from the order for some reason and that unlucky unit got stuck in a loop with USPS. I reached out to the heatonist team, and they had no issues refunding me, not just for the missing sauce, but for the entire order! That's epic!I'd buy from them again. They may want to try to move away from USPS for international shipping, though - they are not doing them any favours. As for the customer service from heatonist - top notch. I cannot fault them.
