Further to my previous review in Oct 25,our sofa developed an unforeseeable manufacturing fault.I contacted Heatons for advice/assistance,and,once again,from initial contact with Chloe,to the delivery lads,they were superb in the professional,and very speedy,manner in which they handled the issue.Customer satisfaction,and service,really is King with this company.Thank you
