Fabulous experience. Visited the store and the person we talked to was very helpful and after going home to measure the sofa we ordered online and again had a great experience. We were contacted really quickly to confirm a delivery date only a handful of days away. The delivery team contacted us as expected, were on time and friendly. The sofa is perfect and I wouldn’t hesitate in using Heatons again.
