We ordered a Super-King bedframe with the Ottoman storage option. I had previously requested samples to decide on the fabric, and they arrived very quickly. The delivery was handled by a friendly and efficient two-person team who kept me updated. Assembling the bed frame was a bit challenging; it's definitely a two-person job, and a detailed instruction manual would be helpful. However, we managed well. We're very pleased with the frame, and the Ottoman feature offers plenty of storage underneath. I can't speak to the mattresses since we sourced ours elsewhere. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider this company for future bed needs.
