I recently purchased two beds, one of which featured a winged headboard, making me a bit unsure about the construction quality and bolt placements. However, I must say these beds are exceptionally well made, with every hole perfectly aligned for the bolts. Both beds serve as gas-lift solid board ottomans, accommodating a much higher mattress weight than usual, which is ideal for my heavy mattresses. These beds far surpassed my expectations, especially given the great price and the high level of customization available! Other platforms offered similar options, but none matched the variety in headboard sizes. My recommendation would be to opt for a split oversized headboard. I initially worried about the build quality with this option, but there were ample fixings provided, including a support beam that secures the headboard from top to bottom at the center. Truly impressive beds!
