There are a lot of bad reviews however, having ordered twice from Hebron both experiences have delivered the product ordered. The first order arrived seamlessly, the second order didn't arrive even though the tracking app said it had. I contacted Hebron by email and they immediately got back to me and assured me they would contact the courier to resolve the issue. Which they did. I then got a text message from the courier company about it. My delivery arrived the next day. Got to admit I was relieved as the product and postage costs were expensive. I was pretty shocked to read so many bad reviews but my experiences have been overall positive. Hebron staff understood there was an issue and responded accordingly. To the critics I would say, I can't order from my local supermarket online without there being the occasional problem, let alone a product that is being couriered from the USA to Australia. Give them a break!
