I had a very disappointing experience with HEDG.I deposited $20,000 and relied on the trading recommendations they provided.However, the recommendations were unclear and not precise. Sometimes they would send a number like “2” without explaining whether it meant 2 lots, 0.20, or 0.02, which created serious confusion about position size and risk.In addition, the platform sometimes froze on certain trades and prices were not updating properly. During these moments, it was not possible to close open positions, which made the situation worse. One of the trades was not updating correctly and this affected the margin, leading to further complications and losses.Because of the unclear recommendations and the platform issues, my account suffered continuous losses until it was completely wiped out, and I lost the entire $20,000.I also did not receive meaningful support from the company after the loss.This review is based on my real personal experience.
