I purchased the shrink-pak bag, but the accompanying pump was non-functional. There were no instructions provided, leading to much trial and error on my part. Ultimately, I had to resort to manual sealing, which defeats the purpose of buying a product with a pump. It turned out to be more complicated than expected and was quite expensive.
