Thank goodness there is a software product that works!!!I am a Wound Care Nurse. I have been struggling with charting for my entire career (that's 33 yrs!!). Even dictating onto my word doc on my phone was challenging. The edits were even longer. I was introduced to Heidi health by a colleague. She swore that it would help me. She knew of my pain with charting. My student nudged me all weekend as she was being my scribe. She showed me that it was not difficult. I was tight for time this past week as needed to get this Initial Wound Evaluation done. I did not have time to write out the eval and edit it my traditional way. I pulled up the site, signed up for Heidi. I dictated my visit. I stopped the recording to check what the program was writing. I resumed the dictation. I changed the type of document I needed. Although I still needed to edit the content, it was far better than anything I would have come up with. I am now a believer!!! I will finally be able to submit my superbills to Medicare in much better timing and my life just became a bit less stressful. Thank you to the creator of this amazing transcription program.
