I really wanted to like Heidi. I love it's great potential and the times when it worked, it was such a HUGE help!However, I rely on using my phone to record my 50 minute counselling sessions and I've had more failed recordings than good ones, unfortunately. In the beginning I made the mistake to lock the screen after I hit record on my phone. Helpdesk helped me figure it out, but it still was very much hit and miss on whether the recording actually recorded the session. On a few occasions the phone mic was not able to pick up my client's speech and the tech support needed to boost the volume. On other occasions, it simply brought me back to the 'start a recording' when I was done my session.On my laptop it works fine and without any problems. Unfortunately, I can't use laptops in my sessions so I'm relying on my phone.Helpdesk said they're working on an app. I'll try them again once that's released. But at this point, after 3 weeks of trialling it, I've put too much time into problem solving failed recordings, time I could have put into writing my notes.I do want to highlight, though, that when it worked, it worked beautifully and I was very impressed with the output! Their "ask AI" functionality is also amazing. you can upload/create your own templates, ask Heidi to write a letter to other professionals and all other kind of fun and helpful things.PS: full disclosure, Heidi offered $25 gift certificate for those writing any kind of review on trust pilot, and I assume many other authors here received the same incentive
