I am thoroughly impressed with Heidi. I've used it in person and for telehealth and it works just as well in both situations. And it seems to get better and better the more I use it. I love just being able to sit and listen to my patients instead of staring at a computer and typing. And it does a good job capturing the patient history and the plan. And even today I would say doctors names with weird spellings and it got every single one of them right! I will definitely keep using Heidi.
