I haven’t integrated with my EMR because I am part of a big group and who knows when they’ll approve something like this but even copying and pasting with minimal edits, it’s allowed to me focus more on the patient during each visit and not stress about finishing my note. I’m so grateful that I’m not staring at the computer the entire visit and if patients have that one extra thing at the end of the visit, Hiedi can pick it up and I’m not stressed about having the extra documenting. There was no learning curve, I started using it immediately after signing up. A couple of weird things, like meds we never mentioned, pop into the note so you do have to read through it and I wish you could use the template from the beginning of recording and not wait to complete the basic note then wait to complete the template. I think it’s incredible that they offer a free version.
