Three stars. As a product its actually really good at what it does, but the pricing tiers are a little slippery. I set this up for my wife, via Halaxy her CRM, we signed up for a one month pro trial. When it ended, she was happy so we spent $800 on the full product. However it now wouldn't work with Halaxy.I expected this was a technical error but no, even thought the trail was for "Pro" she was informed that to make this keep working with Halaxy she needs a 'Practice' license... and that's an additional $650. Even thought she's a one man band. Instead, she has to use the Heidi App to do the sessions, then copy / paste the notes into Halaxy. Just an extra step that just not needed.So, great product, does what it says on the tin & is genuinely good at what it does but the pricing is a little bit 'slippery'.
