I was as prepared as I knew how to be utilizing all video resources that I was aware of and it came down to better defining the context. That said, although I thought that was a lot of my problem, I just didn't know how to apply the correct verbiage. My reference point as a rheum consultant was using Dragon but this never accomplished the efficiency that I think Heidi does with great accuracy.
