Heidi is an execellent tool which saves a lot of time. The ability to 'click and go' to start recording makes it much more user friendly than other programs and for those who aren't too good with computers. This program has revolutionised dictation. There is no longer any need to dictate psychology notes or reports in sequential fashion. Similarly with recording of sessions - the program organises everything into headings and different sections. There were a couple of connection issues which seemed to drop part of the recording. Other than that, an excellent setup with very good support and demonstrations videos.
