Really outstanding experience. The synthesis is brilliant and there are even recommendations on differential diagnoses and additional inputed text on management and counselling best practices. The only one-star dock is some issues with connectivity at my hospital (likely a firewall issue) that sometimes makes the scribed dictation not actually appear -- leading me to wish I had taken notes during the consultation! But otherwise, very very happy.
