I've started using Heidi during my GP consults and find it very helpful by cutting down my typing time. I can concentrate on taking my history and examination, read out patient investigation results and formulate a plan then Heidi summaries the consult and even separates the issues out. Rarely is there a mistake or something I have to alter. It filtered out all unnecessary chit chat. I just copied and pasted into the patient notes. Heidi has patient consent forms as well. I can't wait to try it out for mental health care plans
