I purchased three bottles of a certain product earlier this year. Upon opening the second bottle, the dropper tube fell off. After securing the cap and opening the third bottle, the same issue occurred. Now that I can no longer leave feedback on the platform, I've taken photos and shared them publicly. This is quite frustrating.
