The elevator has been out of service for three months, and despite numerous calls and letters, the company has not responded at all. Elderly residents are trapped in the building. I will be pursuing legal action. Update: To your response: the online portal doesn’t work. I’ve tried it, and there’s been no information on when repairs will be conducted. My elderly neighbors are suffering because of this negligence.
