It's essentially impossible to get an answer from the service. They ignore e-mails and messages and calling requires a 20-30 minutes wait just to be told that they'll "do something" and nothing happens.The whole process of moving out and trying to sublet was a pain, they replied to one of the requests about FIVE MONTHS after I sent it, when I had already moved out.Currently I'm waiting for my deposit back, 6 months after I moved out, still no reply (or money) whatsoever.Truly a joke, they don't even try to look like they care.
