I've been stuck in a nightmare with Heimstaden for nearly a year. Legionella-contaminated water, a broken elevator, and a kitchen extractor fan that’s been dead for months—Heimstaden couldn't care less. They’ve ignored countless emails, tickets, and calls, and had the nerve to mark the elevator issue as "resolved" when it’s still broken. This company’s utter lack of communication and blatant disregard for tenant health and safety is beyond infuriating. Steer clear if you value your sanity.Edit:Thanks for the reply, though it seems as generic as your response to my actual issues. Maybe if you focused on solving the MANY emails and tickets I've sent—still ignored, by the way—you'd have less need for public apologies. How about actually addressing the problems instead of just talking about it? :)
