Worst landlord agency you can find in Berlin. They don't fulfill their responsibilities and are inexistent when they should be taking actions. This situation makes our day to day a nightmare having to deal with such an incompetent landlord.We've called and emailed the customer service for almost 2 months (dozen of times) regarding an issue of water leaking in the building. We cannot use any water, without causing a leak to our neighbor below, the issue is inside the walls and there is nothing we can do on our side. It is the law (## 535 ff. BGB) that landlords are responsible of any issues within the building's pipes. When reminding them of their obligations and their duty to lower our rent, we simply got no answers.Will update this review if anything happens, even after 2 months of constant calls/emails, we're still hopeful.
