Heimstaden has not returned my deposit until now. My lease ended on 2023-09-30. I was told by CS on 2024-03-26 they forwarded my email to the colleagues in the relevant department, and that they will contact me directly. This has not happened until now, and so I still don't have my money back! I emailed again yesterday but this is getting ridiculous. They have basically broken the contract of the return window for my deposit.2024.04.26 Update: After they replied me here in Trustpilot, I went and re-sent them another email. I have been sending them emails per week now, ensuring I mention all the email inquiry numbers for each email I send so they know how many times I sent them an email. One person responded on 23rd April saying they don't have my IBAN number. WHAT A LIE?!? Because I already sent it on 25th March and even got a reply from Customer Service that they will "send my email to the colleagues in the relevant department". It is like they ask you for details and just lose them on purpose so they have a reason to not return the deposit! I have been a good payer of my rent and this is the kind of service I get after I leave?
