Steer clear of this company! I ordered a dress on November 30th, expecting it for December 31st. I planned the shipping for my apartment, thinking it would arrive in time. After two weeks of silence, I checked in and was told it was busy but would ship by the 23rd. By the 20th, I knew it wouldn't arrive, and when I requested to change the address, they agreed but kept delaying. Eventually, they said it would ship January 12th. When I asked for a refund, they offered only store credit. Why would I want to shop here again? It's not even a return or exchange since the dress never shipped.
