I placed an order on November 29th for items marked as in stock, with a promise of 24-48 hour shipping. However, I was informed they weren't actually in stock and faced repeated delays. When I sought to cancel, they insisted on store credit only, despite their failure to ship on time and the FTC regulations regarding such practices. I have documented everything and filed complaints with relevant authorities. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
