I pre-ordered a dress set to ship on 07/21, but when that date passed, I was told there was a 'slight delay' to 07/31. That day came and went with no shipment, leading to more vague responses and further delays. This was for a wedding event, and the constant delays have ruined my plans. If a business is facing delays, they should notify customers proactively instead of forcing them to chase updates. I won't order from this brand again.
