Same story as the others - purchased a pre-order black sheen corset dress on November 11 with expected ship date of November 15. My card was charged immediately and I was sent tracking information for an item that was never picked up by the carrier. Contacted customer service later that month looking for answers. "Sabrina" told me that the company was experiencing delays and I could expect my dress December 10th. That date passed with no updates. I reached out again and haven't heard back. The company deleted it's Instagram and I can only imagine that it did so to prevent other would-be shoppers from seeing all the "where is my order? Customer service isn't responding" comments. I've never left one of those before, but I only discovered the missing instagram account when I went looking to leave one. The item is still listed for pre-order, now with anticipated ship date of January 10. Was hoping to wear this dress for NYE. Obviously that's not happening and I suspect I won't get my money back either.
